Everything is Energy: Since we know that everything is energy, then our thoughts are energy too. Very possibly the most important energy at our disposal. Whether we like it or not, we are what we think and believe, and we act on our beliefs all the time. When we understand that what we put out is always, always, what we get back, things start to change on so many levels...within and without. Sounds so easy? It is. It all starts when YOU decide to.
Nothing is more important than what and how we think about everything. What we believe one way or another, about anything...is the experience we are going to have, because that is how we create our experiences. The trick is to change core beliefs and subconscious thoughts that don't serve us constructively.
Here's the trick...just know you are all powerful and that failure is not an option. You have the power of the Universe behind you. You are creating it wether you like it or not. Every time we think a new thought (such as I AM ALL POWERFUL) we create new neuro pathways, rewiring our brain. The more we practice repeating the new thoughts, the more we actually retrain our subconscious mind. It's mental exercise. Keep practicing it and develop the muscles. It's Brainfood!
